My name is Phil and I’m a husband, dog dad, entrepreneur, and fitness enthusiast. My family and my health are two of the most important things in my life and it has taken me years of various struggles and trials to find the proper balance between life and fitness.

Factoring in my experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, fitness coach, athlete, and Inc. 5000 business owner (Element 26), I learned how to get time to work in my favor to find a sustainable balance of life and health/fitness. All that experience added up to thousands of hours of practice and refinement, which I’m now focusing on helping others.

Catalyst Fitness and Wellness℠ was founded by Dr. Phil Gauthier DPT, CSCS in 2023 after years of frustration in the fitness and healthcare fields. It wasn’t just the spread of misinformation that triggered Phil’s passion, but rather the lack of results he noticed in these individuals along with the systems that prevented them from living their best life. So it’s his goal and the mission at Catalyst Fitness and Wellness℠ to help every client improve their quality of life and longevity through a holistic fitness and wellness approach.
